Take a few minutes to listen to some encouragement from Mrs. B and then do the journaling activity! 

Mrs. B talked about journaling and encouraged us to write down what we know is TRUE ABOUT GOD. He is faithful, He is good, our hope is in Him, and He holds tomorrow. Believe that and let that sit in your heart and soul. 

Write down burdens that you are carrying, and let those things go. Today, fear WILL NOT get the best of you! Mrs. B says, “Fear can be in your car, but it should not be driving.” So good!  

Write down verses of truth. Make a list of things that you are going NOT GOING TO DO today. How can you thoughtfully spend your time today and where will you let your mind go? 

Journal on today's verse, Psalm 139: 13-14, “For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother’s womb. I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well”. 

As you end your journaling time today, think about this line that Mrs. B said: How would we know that He is the Waymaker, if we never needed Him to show us the Way?
